If you or someone else is in immediate danger, is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, or needs immediate medical or psychiatric assistance, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Anxiety Arizona is an outpatient telehealth psychology practice and does not provide emergency services, crisis intervention, 24-hour monitoring, or immediate-response care.
AnxietyArizona.com, email, telephone messages, text messages, secure messages, client-portal messages, appointment requests, and other routine communications with Anxiety Arizona should not be used to obtain emergency or crisis assistance.
Messages sent to Anxiety Arizona may not be reviewed immediately. Your psychologist or another member of the practice may be unavailable when an urgent situation occurs.
If you need immediate assistance, please use the emergency and crisis resources below rather than waiting for a response from Anxiety Arizona.

This resource is for information and treatment referral and is not a substitute for 911 when an immediate emergency exists.
For an immediate mental health, suicide, or substance-use-related crisis, call or text 988.
You do not need to be the person experiencing the crisis to seek assistance.
If you are concerned that a family member, friend, child, adolescent, partner, coworker, or another person may be at risk, you may contact 988 or an appropriate crisis service for guidance.
If you believe the person is in immediate danger or an emergency is occurring, call 911.
If you are a current Anxiety Arizona client and are experiencing increased symptoms or concerns that are not an emergency or immediate crisis, you may contact the practice through the communication methods provided to you.
Please remember that messages are not continuously monitored and a response may not be immediate.
Do not wait for your psychologist or Anxiety Arizona to respond if you need immediate crisis or emergency assistance.
If your situation becomes urgent or you are concerned about immediate safety, use an appropriate crisis resource, call 988, call 911 when emergency intervention is needed, or go to the nearest emergency department.
Because Anxiety Arizona provides services through telehealth, your psychologist is not physically present with you during appointments.
Clients may be asked to provide or confirm their physical location at the beginning of a telehealth session so that appropriate emergency resources can be identified if an urgent safety situation arises during the appointment.
If an emergency develops during a telehealth session, Anxiety Arizona may take actions reasonably necessary and permitted or required by law to address an immediate safety concern, which may include contacting emergency services or other appropriate resources.
